You\u2019re going to sweat bullets, but it\u2019ll be worth it in the end! Here\u2019s how bootcamp classes contribute to your overall health and wellness:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cardiovascular Training<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bootcamp classes are usually accompanied by up-tempo music. Push-ups, sit-ups, step-ups and more are performed to the beat.
