Take a look at what you have in the fridge and pantry while doing so do prevent unnecessary costs and make a list of what you will need in addition to that. Just make sure that the products you buy can last and not go off.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Substitute meat with other protein<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Meat, especially fresh meat and fish, can be quite expensive. While you can buy cheaper cuts, there are other protein options available.
