To gain the most of benefits from skipping, you will need to work on your ability to jump rope consistently at a high pace for an extended amount of time. When you build up to 10 minutes of non-stop jumping at 120 repetitions per minute, it can provide you with the same benefits as 30 minutes of jogging or 30 minutes of racquet sports.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2.\u00a0Skipping also develops the left and right hemispheres of the brain<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This improves spacial awareness, reading skills, memory and mental awareness.
