Not only is she a medical sales rep, she also runs her own make-up business, is a #TrifocusBrandAmbassador, and has also entered this year\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/fitnessmag.co.za\/face-fitness-2016\/carmen-crous\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">USN Face of Fitness<\/a>. We caught up with her to find out what keeps her going.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I believe in balance<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nFor Carmen, balance \u2013 in all aspects of her life &#8211; is vital. \u201cHealth comes first and we often regrettably tend not to listen to what our bodies are saying,\u201d she says. Her advice, to people who want to embark on their own fitness journey, is to be in tune with oneself. If this happens, the results will be 100 times better than if this hadn\u2019t been the case.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nWhy Carmen Crous entered the Face of Fitness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Carmen entered this competition as she felt that it would be a great building block for her fitness career. \u201cIt has given me an opportunity to connect with girls who\u2019ve had the same struggles as I have,\u201d she says. \u201cI\u2019ve also been able to share tools \u2013 which I\u2019ve used &#8211; to overcome their struggles and come out stronger, and wiser. The Face of Fitness is the perfect platform to inspire, love and encourage other women!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>What being a #TrifocusBrandAmbassador means to Carmen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Trifocus team has been absolutely amazing! To be part of this family is honestly such a blessing in my life. Being able to learn, and to share that knowledge, is something that money can&#8217;t buy. They&#8217;ve been so helpful and encouraging during my transformation, and I will forever be grateful.
