We chatted to her about her fitness journey, why she entered the competition and what being a #TrifocusBrandAmbassador means to her.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My fitness journey started two years ago<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nStacey-Lee\u2019s fitness journey began in September 2014, when she competed \u2013 for the first time \u2013 in the Rossi Classic. Since then, she\u2019s been a regular competitor in the IFBB Arnold Classic and Miss SA Extreme. \u201cI love being fit and healthy,\u201d she says, \u201cas this motivates others also to get fit and happy. Being a National Sales Manager, I am extremely busy but I always make time to prep and get my training done.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Discipline is the key<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each morning, Stacey-Lee Morgan does 60 minutes of cardio. In the evenings, she trains with weights. Victor Alley is her coach and he guides her along her nutrition journey.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Being part of the family<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One of Stacey\u2019s dreams has always been to become a USN ambassador. \u201cI strongly believe that I can help build the brand. Entering the Face of Fitness has been a leap in my fitness career and I want to empower all athletes to take that next step and achieve their dreams.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Trifocus has done for me<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have just started studying their Personal Training Diploma and wow have I leaned so much! Trifocus has helped me built my fitness career.
