You don\u2019t want to announce that you\u2019re a newbie by arriving in the wrong threads to your first session, so here\u2019s what you should wear to a <a href=\"https:\/\/trifocusfitnessacademy.co.za\/how-fit-do-you-have-to-be-to-do-a-bootcamp-class\/\">bootcamp class<\/a>:<\/p>\n<h2>Bootcamp Class Clothing<\/h2>\n<h2><strong>What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bootcamp classes of any variety will have you moving in ways you never thought possible. There\u2019ll be lifting of weights, climbing of steps, sprinting, jogging, and push-ups for days. It all depends on your bootcamp class instructor so be sure to find out from them the types of exercises you\u2019ll be doing and what type of clothing they\u2019d recommend.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>What You Should Wear<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you\u2019d prefer to take our word for it, here\u2019s what we\u2019d recommend wearing to bootcamp classes \u2013 as well as a few handy accessories that are sure to improve your experience:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>No Baggy Clothing<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>You want to be as agile as possible, so consider wearing tight-fitting clothing to minimise drag and allow you to move freely. Also, you\u2019re going to sweat, so wear a vest if you\u2019re comfortable with it. This will also allow your arms freedom to move.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Invest in Shoes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Any <a href=\"https:\/\/trifocusfitnessacademy.co.za\/runners-benefit-from-using-foam-rollers\/\">runner<\/a> will tell you that it doesn\u2019t pay to go in cheap when buying new shoes for exercise. Golden rule number one: Don\u2019t forget your sweat towel! You\u2019ll want to take one that\u2019s bigger than a hand towel but not as big as a bath towel. Another must-have bootcamp class addition is a decent <a href=\"https:\/\/trifocusfitnessacademy.co.za\/waters-health-benefits\/\">water<\/a> bottle of between 500ml and 2 litres.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Handy Accessories:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you\u2019re taking your bootcamping seriously, consider investing in a fitness tracking watch (FitBit, Garmin, etc.) to track your steps. Got a friend that might also want to improve their health and wellness? Bring them along too so you don\u2019t have to feel like the new kid in school!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bootcamp Class Pointers:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>To avoid injury and an untimely departure from your newly-found passion for bootcamp classes, here are a few tips to keep in mind when next participating in a bootcamp:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be willing to use lighter weights, or run shorter distances, if you\u2019re struggling \u2013 everyone\u2019s been there.<\/li>\n<li>NEVER try and compete with fellow bootcampers.
